HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 10152013 - C.52RECOMMENDATION(S): CORRECT Board Action of June 25, 2013 (C.142) to APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Employment and Human Services Director, or designee, to execute a contract with Lutheran Social Services of Northern California, to provide transitional housing assistance for emancipated youth, for the period July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014, by changing the total contract payment limit from $171,159 to an amount not to exceed $172,159. FISCAL IMPACT: No County Costs: $172,159; 100% State Transitional Housing Program - Plus Funding BACKGROUND: This Board Order is requesting Board Approval to correct the contract Payment Limit from 171,159 to $172,159 with no change in the contract term. (#19-377-10) CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Housing and support services will not be available to assist youth transitioning from foster care to independent living.
