50% Running Reports -
I enter reports into the Ccn puter at night. The next day I
log them in, attach requests to a copy of the appropriate route
slip and route to the appropriate person.
1% Provide backup for Systems Administrator when needed -
Men the Systems Administrator is not here, I help out on the
CRTs, if there are any problems.
35% Running Backup -
Put our work onto tapes at noon and 5 pm, in case of problems. I
then store these tapes at 930 Ward Street.
After the tapes have been used 10 times, I take the tapes to
Data Processing to be cleaned, and then pick them up.
10% Ordering supplies and paying bills for ccmputer, paper and supplies,
and Sof tware.
1% Ensure that the State Tapes are processed correctly -
I see that they are logged in, and sent to the proper place.
1% Maintain files of procedures, manuals and other System manuals.
1% Type up report request forms and CRT problem sheet forms, and
keep logs on them.
1% Use the decollator, copy machine, CRT and Printer at various times.

Pam Beaumont is my immediate supervisor - Systems Administrator.
My work is reviewed by accuracy and quality of the jobs I do.
4. Where is your supervisor located in proximity to your desk?
Pam is seated approximately 5 feet from my work area.
5. What are the most important assignments you perform and why?
I think that all of my assignments are important, but mainly putting the reports
into the Ccuputer at night and then running then and sending them out the next
day. Also seeing that the bills are paid for the carputer supplies and for
Software and Hardware support.
6. What is the most difficult or complex work you perform and why?
The most canplex task I have is the bills, because I have to track down sane
Of them and have to see that the invoices are signed and copied before
they are sent to Stores.

I think the greatest responsibility in my job is seeing that backup is done
on the tapes, and running the reports, because they are inportant to other
peoples' jobs.
