ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/393 accepting completion of private improvements for subdivision MS 06-00013, for a
project developed by Black Mountain Development, a California Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works
Director, Alamo area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer, Black Mountain Development, a California Corporation, has completed the private improvements per
the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of private improvements will not be accepted without a warranty period, and the developer will not
receive a refund of their cash deposit. The Subdivision Agreement will not be exonerated, and the billing account will
not be liquidated and closed.
