ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2013/4391 to establish speed limits on Alhambra Valley Road (Road No. 1481) and
RESCIND Traffic Resolution No. 3247, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Pinole and Martinez areas.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The establishment of speed limits on Alhambra Valley Road is necessary to allow local authorities the ability to
enforce the speed limits.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Unable to use local authorities’ power to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
