FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The establishment of speed limits on Alhambra Valley Road is necessary to allow local authorities the ability to enforce the speed limits. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Unable to use local authorities’ power to enforce the California Vehicle Code. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
