HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01211986 - 1.12 VII/ THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 21, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Proposed Segregation of Assessment Nos. 17, 18, 19, 20 and 24, Assessment District 1983-1, Pleasant Hill BART Area. The Public Works Director has reported that he has been notified by the County Auditor-Controller that the parcels of land shown as Assessor's Parcel Nos. 172-020-034-2, 172-020-039-1 , 172-020-032-6, 172-020-031-8 and 172-020-027-6 on previous tax rolls upon which there are unpaid assessments on bonds issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Assessment District 1983-1, have been subdivided; IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director, ex officio Street Superintendent, in conformance with Sections 8730 and 8734 of the Streets b Highways Code, is AUTHORIZED to file with the Clerk of the Board amended assessments for Assessment Nos. 17, 18, 19, 20 and 24, segregating and apportioning the unpaid installments of the original assessments in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original parcels. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Resolution No. 81/1349 which was adopted by the Board on November 24, 1981 and provided for a fee to be applied to the segregations to cover the County costs that said fee is hereby WAIVED. I hereby certify than this is a true and correct copy of an actiontaken and entered on the minutes of the Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
