HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01211986 - 1.1 THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Resolution on January 21, 19869 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson and Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None RESOLUTION NO. 86/25 (Gov't Code Section 25526:5) SUBJECT: Sale of Surplus Real Property Diablo Road Interchange at Via Hermosa Project No. 0662-6U4153 Danville Area The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT: Contra Costa County acquired certain Real Property for the Diablo Road Interchange as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. Said property is DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer required for any County or other public purposes and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00. This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the sale of said property to William T. and Maxine Soto, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5, and the Board Chair is hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County. The estimated fair market value of the property is $3,000.00; payment of which has been received by the County. The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Quitclaim Deed to be delivered to the grantee. The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a significant effect on the environment, and DETERMINES that the project is exempt from the requirements of the California Environment Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under County Guidelines and Section 15312 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and Directs the Public Director to file a notice of exemption with the County Clerk. The project has been found to conform to the General Plan of the City of Danville.
