HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09102013 - C.84RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #26-673-2 with Shaista Rauf, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $720,000, to provide professional neurology services for the period from September 1, 2013 through August 31, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise I Fund. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On September 14, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-673 (as amended by Amendment Agreement #26-673-1) with Shaista Rauf, M.D. for the provision of professional neurology services, for patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers for the period from September 1, 2010 through August 31, 2013.
