The nomination of Audrey Albrecht to the League of Women Voters seat on the Hazardous Materials Commission was among three nominations approved for the Commission by the 2012 Internal Operations Committee in December 2012. However, the Ms. Albrecht's nomination was inadvertently not forwarded to the Board of Supervisors for consideration. Today's action rectifies that oversight. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Failure to approve the nomination would result in a continuing vacancy in the League of Women Voters Alternate seat on the Commission.
