ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/356 approving the second extension of the Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD
06-09035, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware
Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District II)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Subdivision Agreement needs to be renewed. (Approximately 100% of the work has been completed to date.)
The agreement and surety bonds must be kept current during the warranty period.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Subdivision Agreement will not be renewed if the extension is not granted.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
