HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 09102013 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/354 accepting completion of warranty period for the Subdivision Agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) and release of cash deposit for faithful performance for subdivision SD 01-08153, for a project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The landscape improvements have met the guarantee performance standards for the warranty period following completion and acceptance of the improvements.
