5385AC), as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The disabled zone is no longer needed by the resident.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
Parking in the neighborhood will be unnecessarily restricted.
