HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08132013 - C.80RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE the consolidation requests on file in Contra Costa Elections Division from the following jurisdictions for the November 25, 2013 Election. City of San Ramon - Mayor, Council Members (2) City of San Ramon - Change General Election Dates from Odd years to Even years City of San Ramon - Charter Amendment Measure City of Antioch - Transaction and Use Tax Measure Records indicate that Resolutions requesting consolidation have been filed by the above-noted agencies with the Board of Supervisors. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no direct cost to the County. Any additional costs incurred by the Elections Division will be recovered from the affected jurisdictions. BACKGROUND: Granting the requests will allow the County Elections Division to conduct the election for the above mentioned cities as a consolidated election.
