SUBJECT: Concept and Feasibility of Expanded Code Enforcement Function
SPECIFIC REQUEST(S) OR RECOMMENDATION(S) & BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION
RECOMMENDATION•
Remove this item as a referral to our Committee and, instead,
refer it to the 1986 Resources Committee to continue to monitor
the need for an expanded code enforcement function.
BACKGROUND:
This item was referred to the 1985 Internal Operations Committee
on February 5, 1985. The Committee met with County staff once on
this item. The 1986 Resources Committee has indicated it would
like to continue to monitor this subject and we are, therefore,
recommending its transfer to that Committee. '
