ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/335 accepting completion of improvements for the Road Improvement Agreement for
land use permit LP 08-02049, for a project being developed by Vasco Winds, LLC, as recommended by the Public
Works Director, Byron area. (District III)
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to County funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit.
BACKGROUND:
The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with Title 9 of the
County Ordinance Code.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The completion of improvements will not be accepted as complete, the Road Improvement Agreement and surety
bond will not be exonerated, and the billing account will not be liquidated and closed.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
