Lee, M.D., a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $435,000, to provide professional radiology services to patients at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers (CCRMC), for the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is 100% Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On June 15, 2010, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-552-2 with Bailey T. Lee, M.D. BACKGROUND: (CONT'D) procedures and plain films. Approval of Contract #26-552-3 will allow the Contractor to continue to provide services through June 30, 2016. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this contract is not approved, patients requiring radiology services at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and Contra Costa Health Centers will not have access to Contractor’s services which may result in a reduction in the overall level of services to the community.
