Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract
#74-341-98(2) with Darrell Cacciaroni, MFT, a self-employed individual, in an amount not to exceed $110,000, to
provide Medi-Cal specialty mental health services for the period from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This Contract is funded 100% by Medi-Cal Funds offset 50% State and 50% Federal. (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
In October, 2011, the County Administrator approved and Purchasing Service Manager executed Contract
#74-341-98 [(as amended by Contract Amendment Agreement #74-341-98-(1)] with Darrell Cacciaroni, MFT, for the
period from November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013 for the provision of Medi-Cal specialty mental health services
through June 30, 2013.
Approval of Contract #74-341-98(2) will allow Contractor to continue providing Medi-Cal specialty mental health
services through June 30, 2015.
