(Represented) FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, there is an annual cost of approximately $11,190.00, which is completely offset by third party revenue. BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department is requesting to increase the hours of Administrative Services Assistant III (APTA) position #13926 at salary level ZB5-1631 ($5223.96-$6349.76) and incumbent Karen Jovin (EE #74104) from 28/40 to 32/40 in the Health Services Department. (Represented) This position is designated primarily as a trainer and is an additional resource for the mandatory Harassment Prevention Training. The additional hours are necessary in order to provide training for new managers and to facilitate training of line staff within Health Services Divisions.
