HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08062013 - C.10RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/322 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD 05-8769, for a project being developed by Laurel Place, Limited Partnership, a California Limited Partnership, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD 05-8769 and has determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
