HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08062013 - C.09RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/321 accepting the Grant Deed of Development Rights for subdivision SD 05-8769, for a project being developed by Laurel Place, Limited Partnership, a California Limited Partnership, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Grant Deed of Development Rights on a portion of Lot 8 of subdivision SD 05-8769 is required per the Subdivision Conditions of Approval to prevent the construction of future improvements that could adversely impact downstream properties. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Grant Deed of Development Rights will not be accepted and the County will not have the right to disapprove of any future proposed construction, developments, or improvements on the subject parcel.
