HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 08092013 - C.06RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/327 accepting completion of improvements for subdivision MS 07-00017, for a project being developed by Ellen and James Gonsalves, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to county funds. The funds to be released are developer fees that have been held on deposit. BACKGROUND: The developer, Ellen and James Gonsalves, has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
