HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07162013 - C.76RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/303 accepting as complete the contract work performed by Pantano Excavating, Inc. dba Pantano Demolition, for demolition of Assessor’s Parcel No. 409-080-015, also identified as 1538 Fred Jackson Way (formerly 3rd Street) in Richmond for the Grove Point Redevelopment Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director. (100% Successor Agency Funds)(Project No.: 4500-6X5489) FISCAL IMPACT: The cost of this demolition is $32,215 and is funded by 100% Successor Agency Funds. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as completed as of June 18, 2013, for Assessor’s Parcel No. 409-080-015, also identified as 1538 Fred Jackson Way (formerly 3rd Street) in Richmond. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: Pantano Excavating, Inc. dba Pantano Demolition will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
