HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07162013 - C.75RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Sheriff-Coroner, or designee, to cancel an Interagency Agreement with the City of Richmond by mutual consent effective June 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Office of the Sheriff-Coroner requested an Interagency Agreement between the City of Richmond to provide forensic firearm examination services to the City of Richmond which was approved by the Board on March 13, 2012. By mutual consent between the Office of the Sheriff-Coroner and the City of Richmond the cancellation of this agreement would take effect June 30, 2013. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The contract will not be terminated. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: No impact.
