HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07092013 - C.72RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Cancellation Agreement #74-430-2 with ZiaPartners, Inc., a corporation, for the provision of consultation, training and technical assistance with regard to integration of the Health Services Department’s Behavioral Health Services Division effective at the close of business on June 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract was funded 100% by Mental Health Realignment. BACKGROUND: On October 16, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-430-1 with ZiaPartners, Inc., to provide consultation, training and technical assistance with regard to the Health Services Department’s Behavioral Health Services Division, including but not limited to reviewing policies and procedures, on-site and off-site training, and tools to assist with implementing an integrated system of care, through September 30, 2013.
