APPROVE a revenue lease with Bi-Bett Corporation, for the 3,687 square feet County-owned building located at
4639 Pacheco Boulevard, Martinez, for use as a transitional housing facility for homeless adult males, for a one-year
term, commencing July 10, 2013 and ending July 9, 2014, for $2,200 per month, under the terms and conditions set
forth in the lease. (WLP812)
AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the revenue lease on behalf of the County, and any
renewal options.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The lease was anticipated and budgeted in the Health Service Department’s approved FY 2013/14 budget. (Funding
source: Org. #5971)
BACKGROUND:
The Health Services Department will sign a separate service contract with the Bi-Bett Corporation, wherein Bi-Bett
will provide and operate a transitional housing facility for homeless adult males on behalf of the County at this
location.
