HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 07092013 - C.14RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/288 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Subdivision SD 06-09134, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II) FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD 06-09134 and have determined that all conditions of approval for the Final Map approval have been satisfied. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The Final Map and the Subdivision Agreement will not be approved and recorded. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
