SUBJECT: Sale of Surplus Real Property
San Ramon Creek
Project No. 7520-6B8378
Alamo Area
The Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County RESOLVES THAT:
The County acquired the real property at the end of Casa Vallecita, across San
Ramon Creek, in Alamo, described as Exhibit "A" of attachment. Said .property is
DETERMINED to be surplus and no longer required for any County or public purposes
and its estimated value does not exceed $10,000.00
This Board hereby APPROVES and AUTHORIZES the sale of said property to Coleraine
Corporation, pursuant to Government Code Section 25526.5 and the Board Chair is
hereby AUTHORIZED to execute a Quitclaim Deed on behalf of the County.
The Real Property Division is DIRECTED to cause the Quitclaim Deed to be delivered
to the grantee.
The Board hereby FINDS that the project will not have a significant effect on
the environment, and DETERMINES that the project is exempt from the requirements
of the California Environmental Quality Act as a Class 12 Categorical Exemption under
County Guidelines and Section 15312 of thq State CEQA Guidelines, and DIRECTS the
Community Development Director to file a Notice of Exemption with the County Clerk.
The project has been found to conform to the General Plan of the County of Contra Costa.

All of- that parcel of land described in the Deed from John F. McLellan and
Nan E. McLellan, his wife, to Contra Costa County a political subdivision of
the State of California, Recorded September 30, 1954 in Book 2390, Official
Records, at page 44 which lies within that parcel of land described in the
Deed from the State of California , to Michael J. O'Callaghan and Janet
D. O'Callaghan, his wife, as joint tenants , as to an undivided 1/3 interest,
et al recorded January 2, 1973 in Book 6833, Official Records at pages 288
and 289.
