HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06252013 - C.152RECOMMENDATION(S): Acting as the Board of Directors for Contra Costa County Fire Protection District (“District”), APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Fire Chief or designee, to execute a “Temporary Permit to Enter and Use Property” (Attachment A) between the District and Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“PG&E”) for the use of District property at Reliez Valley Road, in unincorporated Contra Costa County, California (APN: 365-150-018). FISCAL IMPACT: The District will receive Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per month from PG&E as compensation for the use of undeveloped and unused District property. The term of use is a minimum two (2) months with the right to extend the permit up to two (2) months. BACKGROUND: The property on Reliez Valley Road is in an unincorporated area of the County. PG&E desires to temporarily use the Reliez Valley Road property for the purpose of storing construction materials, equipment, and parking vehicles, due to the close proximity of the property to their hydrostatic pressure testing project. The use of the District’s Reliez Valley Road property by PG&E will in no way interfere with Fire District operations.
