HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 01141986 - 1.1 (3) THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA Adopted this Order on January 14, 1986 by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Powers NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None SUBJECT: Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision MS 25-83, Walnut Creek Area. On October 16, 1984, this Board approved a subdivision agreement with Peter and Judith Giddings which was secured in part with a $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 83996, dated September 28, 1984) made by Esperson and Early Development; and On October 1, 1985, this Board approved a substitute subdivision agreement with Bear Forest Properties which was secured in part with a $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 98270, dated September 17, 1985) made by Bear Forest Properties, and exonerated the subdivision agreement with Peter and Judith Giddings; and IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 83996, dated September 28, 1984) to Esperson and Early Development, as the subdivision agreement has been exonerated.
