Adopted this Order on January 14, 1986 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fanden, Schroder, McPeak, Torlakson & Powers
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
SUBJECT: Release of Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivision MS
25-83, Walnut Creek Area.
On October 16, 1984, this Board approved a subdivision agreement
with Peter and Judith Giddings which was secured in part with a $1,000
cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 83996, dated September 28,
1984) made by Esperson and Early Development; and
On October 1, 1985, this Board approved a substitute subdivision
agreement with Bear Forest Properties which was secured in part with a
$1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit No. 98270, dated September
17, 1985) made by Bear Forest Properties, and exonerated the subdivision
agreement with Peter and Judith Giddings; and
IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the Public Works Director is
AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit (Auditor's Deposit Permit
No. 83996, dated September 28, 1984) to Esperson and Early Development,
as the subdivision agreement has been exonerated.

an action taken and entered on the minutes of the
Board of Supervisors on the date shown.
