Subject:Amendment #76-504-9 with Peter Won, M.D.
BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
At the time of negotiations, the payment limit was based on target levels of utilization. However, the utilization
during the term of the agreement was higher than originally anticipated due to vacancies within the radiology
department.
Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #76-504-9 will allow the Contractor to provide additional radiology
services through May 31, 2014.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
If this amendment is not approved, County’s clients will not have access to Contractor’s professional radiology
services, reducing overall levels of service to the community.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
NOT APPLICABLE.
