HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06252013 - C.103RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement #23-478-4 with Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc., a corporation, effective February 1, 2013, to amend Contract #23-478-3, to increase the payment limit by $750,000, from $800,000, to a new payment limit of $1,550,000, and extend the term from August 31, 2013 through August 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On October 23, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #23-478-3, with Santa Rosa Consulting, Inc., for the period from September 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013, for the provision of professional consulting, technical support, training and project management to the Department’s Information Systems unit with regard to County’s computer systems.
