FISCAL IMPACT: $216,516: 100% Funding by Humboldt State University. Required match of 50% Small Business Development Center share of cost from donations and 50% County in-kind. BACKGROUND: The Workforce Development Board of Contra Costa County is receiving grant funds from Humboldt State University Sponsored Programs Foundation to provide continued Small Business Development Center (SBDC) services to business owners in Contra Costa County.
