HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 06042013 - C.58RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #23-403-5 with Robert Half International, Inc., a corporation, effective October 1, 2012, to amend Contract #23-403-1 (as amended by #23-403-2 and #23-403-3), to increase the payment limit by $145,000, from $2,000,000 to a new payment limit of $2,145,000, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2011 through December 31, 2012. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by the Medicare & Medicaid Electronic Health Record (EHR) Incentive Program of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #23-403-5 will allow the Contractor to be reimbursed for additional temporary staffing services and expenses that were requested by County and provided in good faith by Contractor, through December 31, 2012. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, Contractor will not be reimbursed for services provided to the Department in good faith. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable.
