HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05212013 - C.51RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Extension Agreement #26-725-1 with Institute for Healthcare Improvement, a non-profit corporation, to extend the term from May 14, 2013 through September 30, 2013, with no change in the payment limit of $419,756, for professional consultation and technical support for Contra Costa Regional Medical Center’s (CCRMC) Chief Executive Officer. FISCAL IMPACT: There is no change in the Contract Payment Limit of $419,756. This Contract is funded 100% by Enterprise Fund I. (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: On July 24, 2012, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #26-725 with Institute for Healthcare Improvement, for the period from May 15, 2012 through May 14, 2013, for professional consultation and technical support for CCRMC’s Chief Executive Officer Approval of Contract Extension Agreement #26-725-1 will allow the Contractor to continue providing services through September 30, 2013.
