As a result, the County contracted with a law firm for legal services and legal representation in tax related bankruptcy matters in August 2008. The Contract Amendment/Extension Agreement has since expired and the County has elected to discontinue services of the prior law firm and seek other representation. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The County would not be able to contract for legal services in tax related bankruptcy matters. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable.
