Chamberlain El Cerrito, CA 94530 FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact. BACKGROUND: The Public and Environmental Health Advisory Board was established in May 1986 to anticipate emerging health needs and initiate prevention programs, focus public health interventions in communities with greatest needs, balance available resources with growing needs and advocate for increased county action to improve community health. The Advisory Board consists of 19 members. Terms of office are for four years. At its May 13 meeting, the IOC reviewed and accepted the nomination of Ms. Chamberlain to the Adolescent/School-Age seat and recommends to the Board her appointment.
