The Regents of the University of California, Davis, require the inclusion of a mutual indemnification clause in this agreement. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: EHSD will be unable to provide staff training necessary to ensure knowledgeable, professional staff. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None
