HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05142013 - C.25RECOMMENDATION(S): Adopt Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21289 to add six Health Services Systems Analyst II positions (LBVC) at salary level ZB5 1784 (6078.43 - 8145.68) in the Health Services Department. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in an annual cost of approximately $947,062, including pension costs of $208,203, and will be funded by Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment (ARRA) funds as well as State Delivery Reform Incentive Program funds. BACKGROUND: These postions will be assigned to the Health Services Information Technology Division and are needed to support cclink, the County's electronic medical records software, as well as other various IT functions. Duties of these positions will include: creating project plans and coordinating steps to meet implementation and upgrade schedules; implementing applications to support customers; developing detailed procedures on software installation and configuration; and performing primary testing of upgrades before release.
