HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05142013 - C.22RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21274A to amend Board action of April 23, 2013 (Item C.23), which reduced the hours of one (1) Deputy District Attorney-Basic Level (2KTF) (represented) at salary level MA2 2062 ($8,583.19 - $10,457.78) position #3725 and its incumbent effective April 23, 2013 to, instead, correct the effective date to February 23, 2013 in the District Attorney's Office. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in annual savings of approximately $95,369. BACKGROUND: On April 23, 2013 (Item C.23) the Board of Supervisor approved P300 21274 reducing the hours of one (1) Deputy District Attorney-Basic Level position #3725 and its incumbent from full-time to part-time (20/40) effective April 23, 2013. P300 is being amended to reflect the department's request to reduce hours effective February 23, 2013, not April 23, 2013. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this is action is not approved, the incumbent will continue to be overpaid.
