Project No. 0662-6R4207 FISCAL IMPACT: Project was funded by 100% Local Road funds. BACKGROUND: The contingency fund increase is necessary to compensate the contractor for required extra work. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The contractor will not be paid. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not applicable.
