APPROVE the Arlington Avenue Curb Ramp project contingency fund increase of $8,000.00, for a new contingency
fund total of $36,700.02, and new payment limit of $188,702.20, effective May 14, 2013, for the Arlington Avenue
Curb Ramp project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Kensington area. Project No. 0662-6R4207
FISCAL IMPACT:
Project was funded by 100% Local Road funds.
BACKGROUND:
The contingency fund increase is necessary to compensate the contractor for required extra work.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The contractor will not be paid.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
Not applicable.
