C.3 APPROVE project and AWARD construction contract in the amount of $731,935 to Garland/DBS, Inc., the lowest responsible bidder under a Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, for the Roof Replacement Project at forty-four public housing units, Bayo Vista, Rodeo area, and AUTHORIZE the Executive Director, or designee, to approve construction change orders, as needed, up to a maximum total of 10% ($73,193) in addition to the contract award amount.
