All project costs are borne by the applicant. BACKGROUND: This item was originally scheduled for May 7, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Staff is requesting that this item be continued to June 4, 2013 to allow for completion of staff work related to project design and implementation. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this hearing is not continued, the item will have to be renoticed causing an increase in costs for the applicant. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: None.
