HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05072013 - C.54RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-11 with Advanced Medical Personnel Services, Inc., a corporation, effective April 1, 2013, to amend Contract #26-641-10, to increase the payment limit by $200,256, from $550,000 to a new payment limit of $750,256, with no change in the original term of July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. FISCAL IMPACT: This amendment is funded 100% by Enterprise I Fund. As appropriate, patients and/or third party payors will be billed for services. BACKGROUND: (CONT'D) Medical Center (CCRMC) and Contra Costa Health Center patients. Approval of Contract Amendment Agreement #26-641-11 will allow the Contractor to provide additional services through June 30, 2013. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this amendment is not approved, patients requiring these medical services at CCRMC and Contra Costa Health Centers would experience longer waits and possibly go untreated. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: Not Applicable.
