HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 05072013 - C.47RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #27-136-9 with Touchstone Counseling Services, Inc., a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, to provide outpatient psychotherapy services to Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) members for the period from April 1, 2013 through March 31, 2015. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded by 100% Member Premiums (No rate increase) BACKGROUND: In June 2011, the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Contract #27-136-8 with Touchstone Counseling Services, Inc., for the period from April 1, 2011 through March 31, 2013, for the provision of outpatient psychotherapy services to CCHP members. Approval of Contract #27-136-9 will allow Contractor to continue providing outpatient psychotherapy services through March 31, 2015.
