HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04232013 - C.27RECOMMENDATION(S): APPROVE a lease with Cranbrook Realty Investment Fund, L.P. for a five-year term for approximately 2,591 square feet of office space located at 1350 Arnold Drive, Suite 202, Martinez, for continued occupancy by the Health Services Department, under the terms and conditions set forth in the Lease. (WLP748) AUTHORIZE the Public Works Director, or designee, to execute the lease on behalf of the County and to exercise any options to extend the lease. FISCAL IMPACT: Rent payments totaling $209,868 from Health Services Department-Behavioral Services; General Fund; Org # 5731 BACKGROUND: The Health Services Department requires this office space for expansion of the existing Behavioral Health Service program at this location. As a condition of the Lease the property owner requires the County to indemnify them.
