HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04232013 - C.23RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 21274 to reduce the hours of one (1) Deputy District Attorney-Basic Level (2KTF) (represented) at salary level MA2 2062 ($8,583.19 - $10,457.78) in position #3725 and its incumbent from full-time (40/40) to part-time (20/40) in the District Attorney's Office. FISCAL IMPACT: Upon approval, this action will result in annual savings of approximately $95,369. BACKGROUND: The incumbent in Deputy District Attorney Basic Level position #3725 has requested to work part-time (20/40) for an extended period of time. Accommodating the incumbent's request to reduce work hours from 40/40 to 20/40 will result in a net cost savings for the District Attorney's office. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this request is not approved, the District Attorney's Office will be unable to accommodate the incumbent's request for a reduced work schedule and benefit from an annual net cost savings. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: No impact.
