HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04232013 - C.21RECOMMENDATION(S): ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No.21195 to reclassify one (1) Information Systems Manager I (LTNA) (represented) position #74 and incumbent at salary plan and grade ZA5 1884 ($6,711 - $8,157) to Information Systems Manager II (LTNB) (represented) at salary plan amd grade ZA5 2031 ($7,763 - $9,435) in the Department of Information Technology. FISCAL IMPACT: The recommended action is estimated to cost $8,530 on an annualized basis. The increase cost can be accommodated within the department's current authorized budget. BACKGROUND: In the last 20 months, Incumbent has been assigned additional areas of responsibilities. He is currently in the Information Systems Manager I classification and has been managing the Network Services group, which provides computer services for several county departments such as the CAO, Auditor, Human Resources, Assessor, Risk Management, Animal Services and Agriculture. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If this action is not approved, the employee will continue to perform at levels beyond his current job classification CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: No impact.
