SUBJECT: Hearing on recommendation of the San Ramon Valley Area
Planning Commission on the applications filed by Bissell &
Karn, Inc. and Woodhill Development Co. (Signature
Properties) to rezone land (2661-RZ) and Development Plan
3005-85 in the Alamo area.
The Board on August 12, 1986 and August 26, 1986 continued
to this date the hearings on the recommendation of the San Ramon
Valley Area Planning Commission on the applications filed by Bissell
& Karn, Inc. (applicant) and Woodhill Development Co. (Signature
Properties) (owner) to rezone land (2661-RZ) from General
Agricultural District (A-2) to Planned Unit District (P-1 ) and for
approval of Development Plan 3005-85 in the Alamo area; and
Supervisor Schroder recommended that this hearing be con-
tinued to September 23, 1986 at 2:30 p.m.
Therefore, IT IS BY THE BOARD ORDERED that the recommen-
dation of Supervisor Schroder is APPROVED and the hearing on appli-
cations filed by Bissell & Karn, Inc and Woodhill Development Co.
(Signature. Properties) to rezone land (2661-RZ) and Development Plan
3005-85 in the Alamo area is CONTINUED to September 23, 1986 at 2:30
p.m.
