FISCAL IMPACT: The cost of the Requisition was budgeted for fiscal year 2012/13 in the Department's general fund. BACKGROUND: Since 2006 the District Attorney's office has been utilizing the County's contract with SourceCorp Deliverex for offsite storage and retrieval of files. This extension/amendment of our Purchase Requisition under that contract allows the District Attorney to continue to utilize this essential business service. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: The payment limit will not be increased for services being rendered by the vendor. CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT: No impact.
