HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04162013 - C.39RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the District Attorney's office, or designee, to execute a Purchase Requisition with
SourceCorp/Deliverex to increase the payment limit by $150,000 for fiscal years 2012/13 and 13/14, to a new
multi-year payment limit of $638,500 by the District Attorney's office, under the County's contract with SourceCorp
for file storage and shredding services.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The cost of the Requisition was budgeted for fiscal year 2012/13 in the Department's general fund.
BACKGROUND:
Since 2006 the District Attorney's office has been utilizing the County's contract with SourceCorp Deliverex for
offsite storage and retrieval of files. This extension/amendment of our Purchase Requisition under that contract allows
the District Attorney to continue to utilize this essential business service.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The payment limit will not be increased for services being rendered by the vendor.
CHILDREN'S IMPACT STATEMENT:
No impact.
