HomeMy WebLinkAboutMINUTES - 04092013 - C.93RECOMMENDATION(S): Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee, to execute, on behalf of the County, Contract #23-542 with Robinson Mills + Williams (dba RMW Architecture and Interiors), a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $95,000, to provide consultation and technical assistance with regard to architectural design at the Adult and Children’s Mental Health Clinic in Martinez for the period from March 19, 2013 through January 31, 2014. FISCAL IMPACT: This Contract is funded 100% by Mental Health Services Act. BACKGROUND: This Contract meets the needs of County’s population by providing architectural redesign of components of the Adult and Children’s Mental Health Clinic in Martinez to meet requirements, including developing segregated interview rooms and clinician workspaces.
