Approval of the Second Amendment to Lease will allow the lease to be extended and provide for a district office for Supervisor Andersen. CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION: If the Lease is not approved, the lease term will not be extended, and other office space will have to be found for use by the District 2 Supervisor.
